This is a portable ESR( electron spin resonance) device developed by KEYCOM for alanine dosimetry.
The system specializes in measurement for alanine origin radical, conforming JIS standard (JIS Z4571).
The size is very compact, with higher sensitivity than the general-purpose device by setting microwave frequency in 9.8GHz, 350 resonance magnetic field mT.
We realized through PC control, and also succeeded in using Mn2+ signal, which serves as an internal standard, to correct the magnetic field strength and absorption strength.
Amino group (NH2-) in the molecule comes off by high energy irradiation and I become radical and show a special ESR spectrum.
The method of estimating the exposed dose measuring this amount of the radical is called ESR dosimeter.

• The use of rare-earth magnets and other materials has made it possible to achieve a compact size weighing only about 27 kg.

Once the PC is connected and the power is turned on, the "Resonator Adjusting Window" will automatically appear and the measurement operation will start.
• After adjusting the resonance characteristics in the "Resonator Adjust Window" and setting the measurement conditions in the "Condition Setting Window", all control is performed in "Measurement Window".
• You can set up totalization, blank data, and its correction, etc. according to your purpose.
• Moving average can be selected.
• Data processing (peak height h, single & double integration, etc.) can be specified.
• Read the target point with the cursor line. (See figure)
• The magnetic field strength can be automatically corrected by the Mn2+ signal position.
