This system is for measuring capacitance and the tanδ of chip type or disk type capacitor from low to millimeter wave frequency by using Vector Network Analyzer(VNA).
Measuring frequency is depended on VNA. Data can be saved in Excel format, and reproduced graphically
Calibrate the network analyzer and the measurement kit by thru mode with the two center conductors connected.
Then, insert your sample and measure S21 .
This value represents the capacitance and the tanδ.
