    Wide measurement range from 100 kHz to 30 GHz, Eliminating the effect of dielectric constant to correspond well with simulation results!

    1. Seamless and Wide Coverage of Bandwidth
    The system seamlessly covers a wide bandwidth from 100 kHz to 30 GHz.

    2. Measurable Value
    The system can provide a wide range of frequency for measuring complex permeability μr' - jμr" (20~30 GHz is available in our measurement service), half-width ΔH, and ferromagnetic resonance relaxation coefficient α (100 MHz~10 GHz) of magnetic materials.

    3. Compact device, Simple measurement
    With our system, you can achieve a highly accurate measurement simply by making frequency sweep using a vector network analyzer, after setting a sample on the jig.
