KEYCOM has developed various measurement systems for magnetic material, including ESR (electron spin resonance) measurement and measurement of magnetic permeability using the S-parameter method.
The system can perform relative magnetic perminaibility in low-frequency range with low noise. It can measure measure inductance and resistance using an LCR meter with the automatic balanced bridge method to calculate the values.
KEYCOM’s magnetic property characteristics measurement system delivers ideal measurement solutions for complex permeability μr'- jμr'', ferromagnetic resonance relaxation coefficient α, resonant line width ΔH, and saturation magnetization 4πMs in wideband from 100kHz up to 25GHz (30GHz). Measurement process is very simple, just setting your disk or square specimen on the microstripline and sweeping the frequency with your vector network analyzer, so that you can perform measurement easier and more accurately.
*Description is the same as above. KEYCOM’s magnetic property characteristics measurement system delivers ideal measurement solutions for complex permeability μr'- jμr'', ferromagnetic resonance relaxation coefficient α, resonant line width ΔH, and saturation magnetization 4πMs in wideband from 100kHz up to 25GHz (30GHz). KEYCOM provides S-parameter method measurement systems in two modes, the reflection mode and the transmission mode, to address the individual purposes. Both modes measure the complex permittivity (εr) and complex permeability (μr) at the same time. The optional software DMP-70 calculates the absorption ratio and the reflection ratio of electromagnetic absorbers based on the complex εr and complex μr.
Free-space type measurement system that can simultaneously measure relative permittivity, dielectric tangent, and magnetic permeability. It can use TRL and LRL calibration and is suitable for measurement of materials with high loss.
